Introducing THE PREGAME MOVE — movement before game day.

On Saturday, September 26, we’re heading back to the Big Grove Brewery & Taproom • Iowa City lawn for a 45-minute signature MOVExMC workout designed to get you moving, sweating + feeling GOOD before the rest of your Saturday begins.

Then we stay awhile. 🖤

Your ticket includes a Big Grove drink, and Big Grove will have the big screen out on the lawn so we can hang, connect + settle in for Hawkeye football together.
