Restore Health and Wellness is seeking a full-time, compassionate, skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing clinical team.

Our outpatient practice provides whole-person care to women, children, and families, and we are looking for a nurse who shares our commitment to excellent, patient-centered care.
About the Role
As a member of our clinical team, you will work closely with our providers to provide safe, compassionate, and efficient care for patients across the lifespan.
Responsibilities include:
~Rooming patients and obtaining and documenting vital signs
~Reviewing medications, allergies, and patient concerns
~Assisting providers with examinations, procedures, and treatments
~Providing pediatric clinical support, including age-appropriate vital signs, vaccines, lead and hemoglobin testing, and phone triage
~Supporting OB/GYN care, including specimen collection, pregnancy testing, blood work, and chaperoning
~Performing blood draws and specimen collection within your scope of practice
~Maintaining accurate patient records and supporting workflows in our Athena EHR
~Assisting with prior authorizations and other clinical administrative needs
~Preparing and maintaining exam rooms and clinical equipment
~Supporting inventory, supplies, clinic cleanliness, and overall patient flow
~Working collaboratively with the entire Restore team to create a welcoming experience for every patient
What We're Looking For
Required:
~Active RN or LPN license in good standing
~Current CPR/BLS certification
~Ability and willingness to care for patients of all ages
Preferred:
~Outpatient primary care experience
~Pediatric and/or women's health experience
~Familiarity with Athena EHR
~Most importantly, we are looking for someone who brings compassion, professionalism, integrity, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to serve patients well. The ideal candidate is a team player who is adaptable, dependable, and comfortable working in a growing clinical environment.
