We’re always looking for ways to strengthen the work we do at Coppel Consulting, and we’re excited to be working with Performance Intelligence Group LLC to bring analytics and actionable insights to our Family Care teams.

Built specifically for OPOs and their workforce partners, Performance Intelligence Group looks beyond authorization rates to answer an important question: Why are we seeing these outcomes?

Through case-level analysis, the team identifies trends in family approach, authorization, and workforce performance, turning data into practical insights for coaching, professional development, and decision-making.

For Coppel, this partnership gives us another way to understand our performance, identify opportunities for growth, and strengthen how we prepare and support our team.

We’re looking forward to putting these insights into practice as we continue supporting OPOs and donor families across the country.

No two donor families are alike.

Each family brings its own experiences, cultural traditions, religious beliefs, communication styles, and questions to the donation conversation. Some families need time to process information, while others may be navigating complex family dynamics or seeking reassurance that their loved one's wishes will be honored.

Successful family communication begins with listening. It requires empathy, adaptability, and the ability to meet families where they are while providing clear, compassionate guidance throughout the donation process.

Organizations that prioritize strong family communication help create meaningful experiences for donor families, build trust within their communities, and support healthcare teams in navigating some of life's most difficult conversations.

At Coppel Consulting, we partner with organizations to strengthen family communication through experienced staffing, consulting, education, and customized support designed to meet each organization's unique needs.

"It's not our job to be convincing. It is our responsibility to be compelling."

This philosophy has guided Coppel Consulting from the very beginning.

Every donor family deserves clear information, compassionate support, and the opportunity to make informed decisions in a way that respects their values, beliefs, and their loved one's legacy.

When conversations are rooted in empathy, trust, and understanding, families are better equipped to navigate one of the most difficult moments of their lives. Each interaction shapes a family's experience while strengthening trust in the donation process among hospitals, communities, and future donor families.

At Coppel Consulting, we partner with organizations to strengthen family care, enhance communication, provide experienced staffing solutions, and support operational excellence throughout the donation process.

Today we recognize Juneteenth and reflect on the importance of freedom, equality, and continued progress toward racial justice.

Juneteenth commemorates the end of slavery in the United States and serves as a reminder of both the progress that has been made and the work that still remains.

At Coppel Consulting, we recognize the importance of equity, representation, and compassionate care across healthcare and the donation and transplantation community. We remain committed to supporting work that values dignity, respect, and access for all communities.
