Intermittent fasting can be a helpful tool for improving awareness around hunger, energy, and eating habits — but it works best when paired with balanced nutrition and consistency.

A few things people often misunderstand about fasting:

✨ Fasting doesn’t mean starving yourself
✨ Longer fasts are not always better
✨ You still need enough protein and nutrients during your eating window
✨ Hydration matters more than most people realize
✨ Sleep and stress levels can impact how your body responds to fasting

For many people, intermittent fasting simply creates more structure around meals and helps reduce mindless snacking throughout the day. The goal should always be supporting your body in a sustainable way — not creating more restriction. 💛
