Starting June 22, we’re kicking off our next 6-week training phase designed to help you build muscle, increase strength, improve endurance, and create measurable progress in the gym.
Unlike random workouts, LIMITLESS follows a structured training plan built around progressive overload, movement patterns, and intentional programming. Every class has a purpose, every exercise has a reason, and every week is designed to move you closer to your goals. 📈
Throughout the program, we’ll be tracking weights, reps, and performance through the Solin App so you can see your progress in real time. You’ll also learn how to use RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion) to train smarter, push yourself appropriately, and continue progressing safely. 💪
