High achieving empaths thinking is overrated.

If you are trying to solve anything through thinking you are underutilizing your innate body intelligence.

80% of information comes from the body to brain

20% of information comes from brain to the body.

So take time to sit just with this. Be present to what arises and let go of thinking 💭

Its body’s intelligence that knows and has solutions that you are seeking for.

When you come back to your body through your senses you begin to connect with everything that is present 🎁.

And in doing so clarity arises and answers appear from heart centered and embodied way of being.

That is when you are in alignment with your soul.

Body knows more than your mind.

Many ambitious empaths get stuck in overthinking, which leads to overwhelm and burnout.

We’re taught to use our minds to solve problems. That’s a masculine way and not our way.

Calm, ease, confidence and clarity don’t come from thinking harder.

They come from slowing down and fully engaging the body and letting the mind rest.

We find them by doing something fun, playful, and pleasurable that connects us back to ourselves.

Only then does the mind become clear, and the solutions are suddenly right in front of us.

So go doodle without trying to make anything good. Be like a child again and play.

Go roller-skate. Go ice skating. Roll in the mud. Dance for no reason.

Just stop trying harder!

Connection is built through a well-regulated nervous system.
A system with the capacity for kindness, softness, patience, compassion, and tenderness.

If you didn’t consistently experience this growing up, your system may not fully feel safe being seen, heard, and known.

Because being fully seen can feel like a threat to connection.
And connection is what helped you feel safe.

So it’s only natural to struggle with authenticity and full self-expression, because both require visibility.

Healing begins when we learn how to show up for these parts of ourselves and create safe connection within.

So turn toward the part you’ve been ignoring and avoiding.

Trauma can wire us into poverty consciousness.

Not just financially—
but in how we see, think, and create.

When trauma is unhealed,
we live in lack.
We scan for what’s missing.
We speak in limitation.
We expect less—even from life itself.

And the hardest part?

It feels normal…
because we’re surrounded by people
speaking the same language of lack.

But abundance is everywhere.
Constant. Available. Alive.

Yet we can’t access it
if our nervous system is still bracing for not enough.

Healing isn’t just emotional—
it changes what you see,
what you expect,
and what you allow yourself to receive.

Notice your language.
It reveals the world you’re living in.

Many ambitious empaths don’t even realize their drive for excellence is actually hypervigilance…

because it feels normal.

Always scanning.
Always preparing.
Always trying to get it right.

And underneath it…
stress
overwhelm
self-doubt
lack of real confidence

That’s not expansion.
That’s your system trying to feel safe.

I’m not saying stop being excellent.

I’m saying:
there’s a version of excellence
that feels like ease
like curiosity
like joy and not pressure.

Accepting what was given… instead of what I actually wanted.
Not daring to push the edges to see if I could have what I truly desire.

“I won’t happen for me.”
“I can’t make this happen.”
“I won’t get what I ask for.”

That was the voice that stopped me—over and over again—from asking for what I really wanted.

But this small, micro moment…
of finding a creative way to ask anyway?
