Karey is a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant and long time Yoga instructor & Pilates student. She is now furthering her education, working towards her Pilates Certification to be a Pilates-based Therapist!! We couldn’t be more excited 😍

Heck, remember phone books?!? Here’s me, amymciverdpt, at 27 years old advertising for Pilates based PT. 20 years ago, no one knew what Pilates was. Some people say they knew what they wanted to be when they grew up… I did not.
