Blackshear Family Practice, a division of Coastal Health, was proud to award three $1,500 scholarships to graduating seniors at Pierce County High School who are pursuing careers in the medical field.

These scholarships were made possible through the support of our community and sports physicals offered at Pierce County High School and Middle School by Dr. Waters, Dr. Stewart, and the Blackshear Family Practice team.

Allison is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who provides comprehensive, evidence-based care for patients across the lifespan.

Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Allison gained experience in acute care, oncology, interventional radiology, and cardiac care, helping build a strong clinical foundation in managing complex patient needs. She also has a special passion for women’s health, veteran care, and senior wellness.

We’re proud to have Allison as part of the Coastal Health team and look forward to the care she’ll bring to the South Jax community.
