Ok my loves, it's Sunday, the week is starting. Hopefully you allowed yourself to be filled with Inspiring Words this morning, and made sure that you addressed your Spiritual Health and Well-Being this morning. Now, Let's concentrate on the Physical.
So, I know that I opened up the page about a week ago and now it is time to make some commitments.
But, first. Most of us only make a commitment to something we love, or feel passionate about. So, let's do a little house keeping.
Look at your self in the mirror and tell yourself ( that means YOU)
That you love yourself!!
Examine your physical self and become GRATEFUL for WHO you are and HOW you are. That's right GRATEFUL! Why, because it could be worse.
This might sound a little strange and may even be a little awkward, but it is necessary. Why, because for one the reason why some things have become more ABUNDANT (LOL) on our bodies is because we haven't truly been monitoring it.
Secondly, in order to commit to making ourselves better, we have to start loving ourselves right where we are with all of the imperfections, enough to want to be our best selves.
So, I challenge you to set 3 Health Goals for yourself.
Mine are:
1)Drink more water this week
2)Stretch More and incorporate beginners YOGA into my schedule this week.
3) Increase my Fruit and veggie intake daily.
