A little transparency from me. 💝
This past year has been a roller coaster of a season for me, and the last few months, specifically, have been incredibly hard. My family received some difficult news recently, and honestly, it has taken a toll on me and my ability to show up consistently.
I want to sincerely apologize for any canceled or rescheduled appointments, delays, or confusion. I know your time matters, and I never want you to feel like you aren’t being taken care of or that I don’t respect your time.
At the same time, I’ve had to give myself permission to take care of my family- and myself, too.
So for now, I’m pressing pause, simplifying, and creating a schedule and structure that I can realistically honor. Most importantly, I want to be intentional with each of you, because so many of my clients have become more than clients….you’ve become family. 🤍
You can find my temporary schedule and appointment details in attached graphic. These changes will remain in place until further notice.
This isn’t me giving up.
This is me taking a breath, taking care of what matters most, and continuing to serve you in a way that I can sustain.
Anna’s Vitamin Bar means so much to me, and so do the people who have trusted me with their wellness. Thank you for your patience, grace, understanding, and continued support during this season.
It truly means more than you know.
