David and I started our journey in sound healing together after meeting in a class back in 2015. The Holographic Sound Healing teacher suggested that we pair up during one of the lessons because he thought I could offer him some grounding energy. I am sure he wouldn't be able to predict that we would take things further than that class but it's obvious if you have been around us we have an interesting dynamic that just works.

We typically do each sound bath with one another because we love what we do and enjoy seeing each and every one of you.
I think people are so used to us doing them together it doesn't even occur to them that we each can offer our own unique, full bodied experience separately.

I come from a spa background of 25 years, weaving different modalities of Massage, Reiki, Crystal Healing, and Aroma Therapy. It's always been important to me to offer people a sense of safety, relaxation, peace, and comfort. I genuinely feel a deep sense of empathy and compassion for people that come to me.

David has been playing music for 30 years, writing his own eclectic songs with drums, keyboard, guitar, bass, and more. He's an artist that is about as real as it gets. It's crucial for him to be able to express himself and share is unique voice of wisdom, inspiration and levity.

Together, in balance, we create a fully synergistic harmonic healing experience, holding space and offering service. Separately, we create a whole other experience, but either way , we will leave you with an imprint and the highest healing intention.

We are independent of one another, both holding value and skill in this field. We chose to come together and offer a heart centered service and walk in mission, marrying our visions together.

We hope we do this with grace, humility, and integrity but if you have experienced our banter before we begin you might see the contrary but in the end it's all love.

We love what we do and it is our honor to work with all of you.

In the light of the Blue Moon, we are collectively in a time of reflection and release. We are in the process of reintegration and with that comes more transparency.

When we book a session we plan for the total experience to take several hours of our time to pack, transport, set up, and perform. Sometimes we make extra trips to communicate with one another and ground ourselves before the event. This is not something to rush.

We are transitioning back to our roots,becoming more ceremonial once again. There’s no rush on our end, the beginning and closing process is part of the offering as much as the session itself.

We appreciate the kindness and good intentions of people offering to help us carry our things or help us pack up
but we prefer not having anyone handle our sound healing equipment.

Crystals hold energy. When you work with one regularly, it attunes to you – your emotions, your intentions. Our instruments are not only physically delicate, they are sacred tools and extensions of us. It feels important to us to be the only ones handling them from here on out.

We want you to allow the energy work you received to settle, using that time for your own integration, rest, and connection while we gather our things.

We trust that those who hold space for others will especially understand the deeper layers of this request, and we thank you for honoring it with us.

The message is clear- LET GO

Don't hold on to outdated versions of you, negative thoughts, and spaces you have outgrown.

Tonight we will be at One Rising, LLC helping you prepare for this weekend's blue moon.

A blue moon means it's the 2nd full moon in the month and it's also cosmic message that it is time to release outdated paradigms.
