LONG POST ALERT! STICK AROUND!
Hey ya’ll!! I know I’ve been a little quiet lately. Sometimes we all need a break from the socials. Raise your hand🙋♀️ if you take breaks from time to time and it just makes your brain feel better!!
But!!!
I have some great news that I wanted to share with you 👏👏👏
I’ve partnered with Beth Hisert, Certified Holistic Nutritionist, HealthCare Life Coach,NIHCP NYS, master gardener, and Owner of Southern Thyme Farm to bring you a healthy living workshop exploring how nutrition, lifestyle, and everyday habits can support long-term health and wellness.
Here are a few things that we plan to discuss:
* Understanding the connection between nutrition and many of today’s common chronic health conditions.
* The role of whole foods supporting health.
* Practical ways to make healthier choices on a realistic budget.
* How to find fresh, local foods in our community.
* Lifestyle habits that can support overall wellness.
If you are looking for simple, practical information to help support you and your family, this workshop is designed to help empower you
to make INFORMED decisions about your wellness.
We will also share information about the wellness services available through SALT Hydration & Wellness, and answer any questions about
how those services may compliment a healthy lifestyle.
The best part about this whole workshop is that it will be a chance to meet others in our community that are looking to make healthy lifestyle changes. It’s a great way to meet new people with similar interests.
There will be a delicious, healthy lunch provided in a
beautiful setting. It’s one of my favorite places, and I make the trip every other week just to reset my brain from all the noise we hear
while out and about in traffic and work.
To keep the gathering intimate, space is limited. If you have any questions, please message me or Beth. Please like and follow her page Southern Thyme Farm
