Yesterday, Kinship PACE Jeffersonville welcomed some adorable animals from Almosta Farm, including a mini horse, llama, mini donkey, and goat. It was a hit!

New Member Alert! Kinship PACE

Kinship PACE of Indiana provides comprehensive healthcare and supportive services designed to help eligible adults age 55 and older live safely and independently in their homes and communities. Through the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), participants receive coordinated medical care, home support, therapy, transportation, and social services tailored to individual needs. With interdisciplinary care teams and community partnerships, Kinship PACE promotes independence, dignity, and improved quality of life.
