As a wellness practitioner, I believe I need to do the do. ๐
It's not just about what I teachโit's about how I choose to live.
I choose nourishing foods, I pay attention to my surroundings, and I'm intentional about how I spend my "recharge" time. That's all part of my health care practice.
One of my favorite places to reset is outside. ๐ฟ Watching my little garden grow, collecting fresh eggs from our free-range chickens, feeling the sunshine, listening to the birds... these simple moments help calm my nervous system and remind my body that it's safe to slow down.
Health isn't found in one supplement, one treatment, or one perfect habit. It's built through the daily choices we make that support our mind, body, and spirit.
The more I care for myself, the more I can show up fully for the people I have the privilege of serving.
