🌿 Wellness Wednesday 🌿
Every third Wednesday from 10 to 11:30 I host a meet up for parents and their littles at Harford Cheerleading’s Gym with a focus on mindfulness!

If anyone else’s toddler seems to have endless energy, Wellness Wednesday is a good place to let them run wild while you sit on a soft floor and catch your breath for at least 90 minutes 😅

They get their wiggles out and you get to refill your cup. Everyone wins!

Obstacle courses for them, soft floor for you, trampoline for us all…✨

Registration required; offering is limited to members of Rooted Willow. (A free community with regular offerings for parents in Harford County!)
