🤍 hot herbal tea offered
🤍 guided breathwork to settle in
🤍 crystal & Tibetan bowls, gong, chimes, bells
🤍 intention setting & gratitude focused
🤍 RSVP or Walk-In // Special Local Price
🤍 blankets, pillows & eye covers provided at first come first serve basis // feel free to bring your own

(class update below) Hi y’all! I’m Béah, the lady behind Desert Lotus, based in the CA high desert. I’m passionate about holding sacred space, creating experiences that help guide others home to their own inherent power✨

I’ve studied yoga & the ancient healing science of Ayurveda. I’ve practiced yoga for over a decade, finding solace & strength within its teachings. I’m also a musician who loves incorporating restorative SOUND into environments for sound healings & yoga classes alike.

It brings me great honor to share these powerful modalities & tools with others. I’m feeling called to deepen & expand my wellness offerings. Exciting things in the works! Thank you for being here. The divine in me bows to the divine in you✨ Namaste💫💕🙏🏼
