My account has been hacked for a while now and I’ve tried EVERYTHING to get it back.

Emails, forms, smoke signals… nothing.

Meanwhile the hackers are thriving and I’m locked out of my own life 🙃

I try to make a new account…
and Facebook is like: “you’re violating community guidelines.”

Sir. I haven’t even posted yet.

At this point it feels like a toxic relationship I should’ve left years ago…

So I’m done.

In the day and age where things are getting harder to distinguish what is real and what is not… truth will always be revealed.

Protect your energy.
Stand in integrity.
Be one with your word.
Walk the walk.
Be the light you wish to see in the world.

Not everything is meant to be understood immediately… but what is true will rise. What is false will fall away.

You don’t need to chase clarity
— you become it.
You don’t need to force truth
— you live it.

Let your life become a living prayer.

HĀNAU 🌺
Hawaiian for birth — to bring forth life.

We just completed our first Hawaiian Somatic Healing Retreat on the Big Island… and something truly sacred happened.

For five days we gathered to breathe, release, and remember.

Together we breathed.
We tapped.
We cried.
We laughed.
We released old stories stored in the body.

Slowly… gently… something new began to emerge.

Hānau is the moment life comes forward.
When what has been growing quietly inside finally says:
I’m ready.

We watched women release survival patterns… reconnect with their bodies… and step into a new relationship with themselves.

There is nothing more powerful than witnessing someones eyes clear, remember who they truly are, and see their beauty SHINE from the inside out!

This work is sacred to me.
And this retreat felt like a true rebirth — for everyone involved.

Deep gratitude to the beautiful souls who came, to this sacred island, and to the incredible team who helped hold this space.

My heart is full.

Lately I’ve been diving deeply into the Science of Mind teachings and remembering…

We are not separate from Source.
We are expressions of it.

Infinite… electrical… intelligent beings —
constantly creating our lived experience through our thoughts, emotions, and the frequency we embody.

Every thought sends a signal.
Every emotion conditions the nervous system.
Every belief becomes a lens through which we experience reality.

So I’ve been asking myself…
Where are my thoughts living lately?
In fear… or in trust?
In protection… or in openness?
In survival… or in love?

Because the world we wish to change
begins within the consciousness we carry.

🌿 What emotions might be keeping your vibration heavy?
🌿 What stories are your thoughts looping?
🌿 And what small act of love or safety could you offer your heart today?

Regulation is revolution.

Inner safety becomes outer change.
The moment we remember who we truly are…
we become the change we’ve been waiting for.

Let’s come together to breathe, process, and be with the emotions that are surfacing during this difficult time.

The fires have left many in shock, fear, and uncertainty. It’s a hard time for so many, but we don’t have to face it alone.

This free class is an invitation to connect with your breath, release what you’re holding, and find a moment of peace amidst the chaos.

Through somatic breathwork, we can gently move through the feelings, hold space for ourselves and each other, and begin to heal.

This offering is for anyone impacted—directly or indirectly—by the fires.
