🌤️ There’s a very small chance of rain tomorrow morning. I’m hoping it stays dry enough for us to have our Oceanside yoga practice.

🌿 Class Reminders that you can count on throughout the month to practice Gentle Yoga Oceanside!

🌿 Both classes are made to be accessible and is a great option for for beginners. I describe it more as a stretching class that helps you to relax and release tension.

🌿 Mondays 5-6PM
Gentle Yoga Tension Release - A slower stretching sequence, taking lots of time in each stretch, striving to find deep relaxation.

🌿 Thursday’s 830-930 AM
Gentle Yoga Mobility - We use the same basic yoga stretches, but we find slow and supported movements to also work on Mobility.

🌿 Check back to the class reminders to get weather updates. If it’s actively raining the hour before class, we will reschedule for the next week.
