Hi Everyone! It's been a minute posting due to so many life changes. Just wanted to give a quick update: I'm continuing to see clients virtually on a limited basis for any weight management goals, POTS, autoimmune, disordered eating, cardiac, cancer and any diet changes a person may be aiming for (keto, GLP-1, etc.).

I have really had great success with my clients utilizing my hypnotherapy skills in the past few years. If you or someone in your life has struggled with eating patterns that have not changed in the past, I'm your dietitian! It is never too late to change a food pattern or belief, a fear or phobia, body image, confidence, motivation and more! DM me for more info.

Fun fact I provide my services only virtually and I've found it is more effective with behavior change when the client is in the comfort of their own home! Let's work together so you can enjoy the life you are meant to live no matter what condition or curve balls are thrown at you!

Today for the first time, my 13-month-old teacup Yorkie sat on my lap for an entire hypnosis session with a client. At the end of the session, she put her paws on the desk and looked in the laptop camera as if to say to the client: "that was great, how are you feeling? lol" I share this with you for a few reasons:

1. Just like people dogs and cats (and every other mammal) are very receptive to positive talk. I too am very receptive to my client's pets as they are usually in the client's space for sessions. When pets hear positive words said, they hear love for themselves and to their pet parent lol.

2. My pup is with me most of the time since I work from home and she responds positively to my Danone coworkers when we meet multiple times per week; also she knows my tone of voice when I provide hypnosis to my clients. She is a gift.

3. A wonderful surprise working with my clients virtually is when I provide hypnosis to the client and the pet is in the room; they become relaxed and in a positive change state as well. I've actually helped some of my client's pets lose weight! So cool! I claim though the dogs are much more receptive to hypnosis than cats. Cats take at least 2 sessions with their pet parent to build rapport lol; no surprise if you live with a cat you get it.
I just wanted to share a wonderful 'side effect' of hypnosis....with pets in the background. Every living being needs positive talk and love. Let me know if I can help you with that :)

Hi! Im Sarah & I’m a registered dietitian nutritionist & certified hypnotist! A little bit about me: this is where I work from home; I have a lovely view of blue sky & palm trees outside the window in front of me.
