Health and wellness can be fun and exciting! Products like these are great.

It’s just that the aisles are inundated with stuff that doesn’t actually make any sense whatsoever for health and wellness.

I’m looking at you, greens powders and protein pop tarts 👀

Stick to the basics for the most part (fruit, veggies, dairy, meat, eggs) and sprinkle in some of the fun, trendy items!

And never ever demonize ice cream, okay? It’s fine.

Oh and the honorable mention: Josh Cellars Rose wine! My fav on ice right now!

She felt like she was doing everything right, but nothing worked.

After trying Weight Watchers, Noom, and random macro plans with no real structure or support, she finally learned how to stay consistent instead of starting over.

Because being consistent, not perfect, is the key to sustainable fat loss.

Now she’s down 50 lbs 🔥

If you don’t look forward to what you’re eating, you’re not going to stick with it.

So many women are white-knuckling their way through steamed broccoli and chicken, telling themselves this is just what losing weight feels like.

Then they cave the second something actually good is in front of them and spend the next three days feeling guilty about it.

That cycle isn’t a willpower issue. It’s what happens when your diet doesn’t include yummy food.

Here’s what I actually do to make food taste good while staying in a deficit:

1️⃣ Plan meals you’re excited about. Burgers, pizza, steak and potatoes…if you want it, plan for it. A diet that only works when you’re not tempted is bound to fail.

2️⃣ Season everything and air fry your veggies. G Hughes, buffalo sauce, honey mustard. You’re allowed to enjoy food while losing weight.

3️⃣ Have something sweet after lunch and dinner if you want it. I do this every single day. It’s not a cheat. It’s just a plan that’s built to last.

4️⃣ Pay attention to texture. Craving something crunchy? Creamy? That’s information. A satisfying meal has multiple textures and flavors. It’s what keeps you from raiding the pantry an hour later.

5️⃣ Eat slowly and sitting down. I’m still working on this one myself 🙈 But when you rush through a meal you don’t even get to experience it, and you finish it already looking for more.

Fat loss doesn’t have to feel like punishment. If you’ve been trying for a while and the scale isn’t moving, you don’t need more willpower. You need a more strategic and flexible plan that isn’t miserable.

One reason GLP1 medications are helping so many women lose weight right now?

Because they significantly reduce hunger, which makes it easier to stay in a calorie deficit consistently.

And while we can’t completely replicate that lack of hunger naturally without medication, we CAN make fat loss feel a whole lot less miserable.

That’s exactly what I teach my clients.

It’s one thing to read about weight loss and know what you’re supposed to do, but actually implementing these lifestyle habits daily is what really moves the needle.

You can know every single thing you need to know about fat loss, but if you’re not actually shedding fat and feeling better in your clothes and skin?

Then something is missing. And it’s usually structure and support.

The weight loss graphs I show every day aren’t from women who magically lose weight easier than you.

They’re women who are implementing strategic habits every day despite living very busy lives. Because we make it as simple as possible!

One thing I need women to understand about this transformation…

She was already trying before she started working with me.

👉🏻 Tracking food
👉🏻 Working out
👉🏻 Trying to eat healthier
👉🏻 Paying attention to all the things

She wasn’t sitting around not trying. She was frustrated because despite all of her effort, she still felt stuck.

She felt like she was losing muscle instead of actually getting leaner, didn’t know if her calories/macros were right, and was exhausted from trying without seeing the results she wanted.

And honestly, I talk to many of you daily. That’s where so many women are.

Most women do not need another restrictive diet or some hack or hormonal treatment.

They need:

✅ the right calorie target
✅ regular and balanced meals
✅ strength training
✅ consistency
✅ accountability
✅ and a strategy that allows for flexibility

Now she’s down 13 lbs, down a clothing size, getting compliments from family, feeling stronger in the gym, and the goal that once felt impossible (the 170s) is now right in front of her.

But my favorite part? Her confidence around food.

Because this process is about so much more than weight loss.

It’s about no longer spiraling around food.

Going on vacation without tracking and still coming home okay.

Actually feeling calm and confident around food again.

That’s what sustainable fat loss looks like ❤️
