Before|After
Applied deep blue and ice before going to bed,
The next day it was better! 😳

You know they told us the 2nd day after extractions is worse then the first?!
I guess we proved them wrong 🤷🏻‍♀️
Thanks to deep blue we got swelling down within a few hours!

Shark week was killer, it always is. I have PCOS which makes it unbearable and normally I give in and let it consume me. But not this month.

I’ve made some life changes for my health and decided this would be another step to having a healthy balanced life, so I whipped out my oils and made this blend and let me tell you it made my cramps disappear!! I was amazed 😳

Ladies! Never in my life have I experienced so much relief!
I was able to go fishing and walk trails with my family all weekend long!

I will be experimenting with this mix more as the months pass by as I’m not regular due to breastfeeding. I’ll keep y’all updated on this magical potion! 🥰

Day two of armpit detox!
I’ve suffered from stinky pits for as long as I could remember 💀
No better time then now to get down to business and detox until theirs so stink!

1 scoop of bentonite clay
1 scoop of apple cider vinegar 🍎
2 drops of lemon🍋
( I will also be trying a drop of pink pepper)

Even if you don’t have a stink issue this is a great way to help your under arms get rid of toxins.

When you take care of your body, your body thanks you back.
Take time a pamper yourself
You can apply with to your face also and smooth out your skin and pullout impurity’s from those pores!

Grab your tea and sit for 15 minutes and read a book or catch up on some tv or just take some time to breath.

So let’s start Ms day was pretty mucha roller coaster, he’s 13 months and hitting sleep regression. Tired as could be and still can’t seem to calm down enough to fall asleep. 💀

I normally put the classic lavender and peppermint on him but today called for something much more powerful then that 😅

I made a warm bath for him and put 2 drops of Serenity and 1 drop of Copiaba.
I think we all instantly were calmed by the aroma, he started to rub his eyes and give in to the sleep and I was feeling much more of a happy mom! 🥰

Sometimes in the middle of chaos we should take a moment to think of the tools we already have and use on our selves and also use them our littles when they’re flustered with their big emotions ❤️
Being a mom is tough but with oils and some patience anything is possible 💪🏼

So my husband found me cleaning our fruits with Lemon & OnGuard at 11pm 🙄

But I couldn’t forget to rinse out fruits!

My corner of peace ✨

Being a mom sometimes means you feel touched out, overwhelmed, and drained.

When I feel like I have nothing else to give I grab my serenity and copiaba roller and roll it over my chest and the back of my neck and put serenity on the diffuser and take deep breaths.

Sometimes it’s just about survival right!
This gives me my peace back and to keep trotting along with my crazy toddler 🤪
