Or not. I'm a dabbler. I admit it. I like to experience all kinds of things to see if they might work in my life. I've dabbled in hobbies -- ice skating (what a disaster - weak ankles), gymnastics (scared too death of the blackflip so that went nowhere) and ultimately ended up in dance (ballet, Cecchetti method). When I found dance, I found my home -- at least for a decade. Then I matured out at t
he old age of 18. I've dabbled in careers -- human resources (too boring), marketing (too wide) and ultimately, public relations and communications (just right). It seems I love to know secrets. I've dabbled in religions -- started out a Catholic (too strict for me), went to Christian VBS in the summers (wonderful memories), moved to a more out-of-the-box exploration (dancing under the moon so mote it be) and finally landed in Judaism...well, I like to say I'm a Jew light. (More to be revealed) I've dabbled in wellness but I don't mean the "let's eat sprouts" kind -- yes, I said sprouts not quinoa because when I was growing up, sprouts were all the rage. More like, eating natural because we lived in a rural community. I love meat...I'm sorry, but I do. I've seen a chiro since I was a child -- it helped that it was my uncle. But despite these things, I've suffered from lots of ailments or "spells" as my family likes to call them. So lately, I've been dabbling in essential oils for my spells. I'm trying to learn about them and want to use this space to share my experiences, strength and hope with you. (Do you have spells too?) The good, the bad and the ugly. I hope you'll join me on my essential oils journey. BTW, I will NOT give up my caffeine. There, I said it.
