We are closed today for self-care, but we will return tomorrow for all kinds of magic! In the meantime, we have several exciting events coming up, with even more being added soon.

🎨 Saturday, June 27 at 5:15 PM – Our 21+ Paint Your Own Stash Box Night! Enjoy delicious snacks, watch Half Baked on the projector, and receive special goodies from Curio Wellness to help enhance your experience. Spots are limited, and you must reserve your seat through our website.

🎶 Sunday, July 12 at 11:00 AM – Join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating Sound Bowl Experience with Mindy Speer. Spots are already starting to fill, so be sure to reserve yours today.

⚡🧙 Friday, July 31 at 5:15 PM – It’s time for Harry Potter Bingo Night! We’ll have a Harry Potter movie playing on the projector, snacks available, and lots of magical fun while we play Harry Potter-themed bingo.

✨ TWO YEARS! ✨

I can’t believe it’s been 2 years since I received the keys to the store! And now we’re quickly approaching our 2-year anniversary this September! Wow… what an incredible journey it has been. 💜

From a dream and a leap of faith to creating a beautiful community centered around healing, growth, and connection, we have come so far. We have so many exciting things coming up, and this is only the beginning!

Thank you to our amazing community for supporting us, showing up for events, trusting us with your healing journeys, and making Cats & Crystals KC feel like home. Thank you to all of the incredible practitioners who heard the call to share their gifts and help others along the way. And thank you to every single person who has played a part in making Cats & Crystals KC what it is today.

Over these past two years, we have had the honor of helping so many people, and we can’t wait to continue helping so many more. Watching this community grow has been one of the greatest blessings.

Not only are we enjoying another day of gorgeous weather, but we are thrilled to announce a beautiful expansion of our Practitioner services… you can now choose in-person appointments OR Zoom video sessions from the comfort of your own home! 💻🔮

This magical new offering means that no matter where you are, you can connect with our amazing practitioners and receive the support, guidance, and healing you deserve. Imagine sinking into your favorite spot on the couch with a cup of tea while receiving an insightful Tarot & Oracle reading, experiencing a transformative Breathwork session, or enjoying the benefits of an energy healing session—all without leaving home. Of course, if you love the energy and experience of being here in the store, our in-person sessions are still available too! We are so excited to expand our reach and connect with an even bigger community through this incredible opportunity. 💜✨

Today we have Kari joining us for her insightful and intuitively led Tarot & Oracle readings. Her sessions are incredibly popular, and most guests choose a minimum of 30 minutes to truly dive deeper into the guidance they are seeking. We highly recommend booking at least a 30-minute session with her through our website to secure your spot.

We also have Justice here today offering her powerful Breathwork sessions and unique one-on-one Intuitive Painting experiences. Her morning appointments have already filled up, but she still has availability later this afternoon!

With the growing popularity of our Practitioner services and the addition of Zoom appointments, we strongly encourage booking through our website to ensure availability. While we will always do our best to accommodate walk-ins, reserving your appointment ahead of time is the best way to guarantee your preferred time and practitioner.

We also have tons of gorgeous crystal spheres in stock! Crystal spheres are wonderful additions to your home and are often used in feng shui to help promote balanced, harmonious energy within a space. They are excellent tools to support meditation practices, helping you slow down, center yourself, and become more present. Many people also work with crystal spheres to help access and strengthen their intuition. Sometimes we move through life like we’re being chased—rushing through brushing our teeth, eating our meals without tasting them, speeding from one task to the next on autopilot. This is your reminder to slow down. Be present. Notice the little moments. Take a deep breath and reconnect with yourself.

Mindfulness isn’t about having a perfectly quiet mind—it’s about bringing awareness back to the present moment. It’s sipping your coffee without scrolling on your phone. Taking a few intentional breaths before responding in a stressful situation. Going for a walk and actually noticing the beauty around you. Eating your meal slowly and appreciating the nourishment it provides. Checking in with how you’re truly feeling instead of pushing through on autopilot.
