Today is the perfect day for some self-care and magic. We have openings for our Pink Himalayan Infrared Saunas, featuring 7 different light therapies and soothing frequency music. These little powerhouses are perfect for promoting relaxation, stress relief, grounding, soothing aching muscles, pain relief, detox support and more.

We also have openings for our Infrared Sauna Blanket, lined with amethyst and obsidian. You’ll get the benefits of infrared heat while the amethyst adds an extra layer of energetic healing and the obsidian helps with energetic cleansing and grounding.

✨ Happy Sunday, beautiful souls. ✨

Today I want to talk about something very real: grief.

The word grief means a deep, natural emotional and physical response to a significant loss—especially the death of someone you love. But grief isn’t limited to death. We can grieve the loss of a family member or friend, a job, a relationship, a friendship, a version of ourselves, or simply the way things used to be.

And grief doesn’t just affect us emotionally.

It can affect us physically, mentally, emotionally AND energetically.

When we experience a significant loss, that energy can become heavy. We may feel exhausted, disconnected, anxious, numb, overwhelmed, have difficulty sleeping, feel tension in our bodies, or simply feel like we aren’t quite ourselves anymore. Just as trauma can become stored in the body, grief can become something we carry within our energetic field if we don’t give ourselves the space to acknowledge, process and move through it.

Sometimes we can unknowingly begin living our lives from the energy of our grief.

Yesterday, my own grandma passed away after 94 beautiful years of life. ❤️

And grief is something I have known for a long time. I lost my mother 17 years ago, and for a very long time I believed I was supposed to simply “live with the grief.” I told myself, “It’s a part of life.” And while loss absolutely is a part of life, I now understand something much deeper:

We aren’t meant to simply live with unprocessed grief. We are meant to feel it, honor it, process it, and allow it to move through us.

That doesn’t mean forgetting. It doesn’t mean letting go of the love. It doesn’t mean that the person or experience becomes less important.

It means releasing the weight while keeping the love.

Even with everything I’ve learned about energy, healing, grief and processing emotions, I still knew that I needed support. So I had a session with Andrea to give my chakras and energetic field a little tune-up.

Because knowing the tools doesn’t mean you never need someone to help you use them.

Sometimes you can be the person who knows exactly what to do and still need someone to help you remove, process and transmute the energy you’re carrying.

That’s what we are here for.

Sometimes simply giving your nervous system permission to slow down can create space for emotions you’ve been holding to finally surface and move.

You don’t have to rush your grief.

You don’t have to have it all figured out.

And you certainly don’t have to walk through it alone. ❤️
