The parents or guardians of medically fragile special needs children deal with a numerous amount of challenges. It is helpful for these families to know that high quality pediatric home health care is available all day, every day, 365 days a year. Home health care services allow children with short-term or chronic medical needs to receive safe and appropriate pediatric care in the comfort of their

own homes. Children’s home healthcare service are designed to comprehensively address the full range of home healthcare needs of a pediatric patient, particularly those of the medically complex child dependent on medical technology and skilled nursing care. Here at Katy Dreamweaver Home Health Services we are passionate about the care we give our special needs children. The Medicaid programs we service are MDCP and CCP. These programs service children up to 20 years old. We provide Personal Care attendants and skilled nursing care buy RN and LVN for the special needs children. We are prepared to service all of the HMO companies starting on November 1st 2016. The HMO is Parent's Choice and they must choose ASAP to make sure their HMO program is still accepting new clients.
