I've created this page to build my support system to make me accountable for my own progress in my battle to lose weight and take on a more healthier lifestyle. The ups and downs of my own personal struggles & successes with not only weight gain/loss but also the battle of living with two separate autoimmune diseases, Psoriatic Arthritis and Transverse Myelitis along with

menopause. I want to share with others my journey to develop healthier eating habits and create a simpler, stronger and happier lifestyle. I want to support my followers in their endeavors get started and support them in thier journey as well to a better & healthier lifestyle and a better quality of life. Big news 🎉… and this one actually matters, well to me anyways.

The MAKE Wellness just earned the BRAVO Growth Award And no, this isn’t just another “cute little trophy” companies throw on a shelf.

This award recognizes exceptional, accelerated growth in the direct sales and wellness industry. Yep they win prestigious awards too!
We’re talking about companies that are:

👉 In other words… companies that are doing something very right.

But here’s the part I want to be real about…

When I said yes to this, I wasn’t just taking a chance on a business.

Most people have NO idea what they’re missing with goose eggs… 🥚

I don’t get these very often, but so appreciate my customers & vendors for gifting me these delicious treats once in awhile.

They’re actually known as the “golden egg” because of how much goodness is packed inside. Can you say hormone & energy support?

One goose egg equals about 3 medium chicken eggs, so you really don’t need much to make a full meal.

They’re also more nutrient-dense and have this rich, golden yolk that makes everything taste better—no wonder bakers love them.

But for me?
I’m just over here getting excited because it’s a simple fuel for my body 💛 The perfect post workout meal when I’m not wanting a protein shake.

Funny how people call network marketing a “pyramid”… but don’t question a system where you answer to a manager, who answers to another manager, who answers to a director, all the way up to the CEO.

The difference? In that system, you’re capped. In mine, I get to build something of my own, help others feel better in their bodies, and create income without waiting for permission or a promotion.

That’s not a pyramid… that’s ownership.
