Client Spotlight: ✨“For years, I tried every diet imaginable; Keto, Atkins, fasting, diet pills, endless workouts… nothing truly worked long term.

After having my daughter and living a busy life full of quick meals and social events, the weight slowly crept on. By 48, I just didn’t feel like myself anymore.

I was nervous to try GLP-1 medications because of the side effects and fear the weight would come back. Then I met Beth, who introduced me to Dr. Fatisha Gayton, and from May to December, I lost 62 pounds.
