Insulin does not cause fat gain.

Incline: 10-15%

Speed: slow enough to hold a conversation

Weight: in a backpack worn in the FRONT to work core

Break a light sweat and hold it for 30-45 minutes.

Burns way more fat than circuit training and doesn't aggravate previous ankle sprains

I have pictures to prove it burns more fat than circuit training.

No ankle fatigue from my previous tear years ago, or systemic fatigue that bleeds in to weights workouts

One of my personal arm workouts β€” pushing it to the max. πŸ’€

1 warm up set each, then 2-3 working sets with at least one to failure.

πŸ”± Tricep pushdowns SS incline bench behind back cable curls

πŸ”± Tricep dips SS incline spider curls

πŸ”± Oscillating plate hanging band lateral raises (my personal favorite finisher)
Use a weight where this exercise lasts 90-120 seconds per working set.

This is for advanced lifters only.. 😀
