Ok, who’s feeling it?! ⬇️🫣🙋🏼‍♀️

What if this year we focused on changing our habits instead of making resolutions that will be forgotten in a few weeks? Habits have a huge impact on our life and well-being because they are actions that we do automatically without thinking. To change your habits you need to identify the ones that are holding you back and replace them with better ones. I have an idea on how to do that…

January 8th to the 17th, we are going to be intentional for ten days to eliminate foods, habits, and stories that are not serving us and focus on establishing healthy habits and eating real food and changing our mindset. It’s not a fad diet or a quick fix, just a community of people supporting and encouraging one another as we jumpstart our WHOLE health for 2024. It may take some time and effort, but it’s worth it. You’re worth it 🤍
