What a fun weekend. So thankful to Lesley Logan Online Pilates Teacher for making Knoxville one of her tour stops this summer & to Pilates Haus and Barre for hosting the rooftop mat class and workshop. LOVE not having to travel far for continuing education! It was also super getting to spend time with folks from Whole Body Massage and Pilates and meet/catch up with other Knoxville-based Pilates instructors. 💕❤️💕

If you’ve been looking to come try a mat class with me, you have TWO chances this week! TONIGHT - Downtown Y at 6:30 (subbing for Rachel) and WEDNESDAY - Cansler Y. Yes, we will do teasers! If you’re not a Y member, you can still come. Day passes are less than any group mat class in town and downtown does offer steam rooms/saunas if you want to end your evening that way.
