If you’re constantly bracing for another letdown when seeing a new doctor, you’re not alone. Many feel like they’re just a puzzle no one can solve. But let me share Susan's story.

For years, she was told everything was normal, yet she didn’t feel herself. It wasn’t until she connected with Tonya that things changed. "Working with Tonya was the first time someone actually helped me connect the dots. Everything finally started to make sense," Susan shared.

The mistake most make? Expecting a quick fix. But real healing begins when you understand your body's patterns and listen to what it’s truly saying. Tonya’s approach isn’t about more tests or new meds—it’s about seeing those hidden connections. As Mike discovered, “Tonya made everything simple and easy to understand. It felt manageable instead of overwhelming.”

Imagine the relief of finally understanding why you feel exhausted every day, or why that persistent headache never goes away. Tonya helps uncover those hidden causes and addresses them holistically.

So, if you're feeling stuck, it might be time to shift the approach. What’s one symptom your doctor dismissed that you’re still curious about? Let's talk.

It's been a whirlwind couple of weeks. When we opened our first wellness office, I knew we were addressing a need. But it wasn’t until I heard from people who couldn’t make it across town that I realized how crucial this next step was.

A client once shared, "Tonya takes the time to really listen. I never felt rushed or dismissed. For the first time, I felt like someone truly understood what I had been experiencing." — Melissa V That’s what we wanted to bring more of: accessibility to genuine, understanding care.

So here we are, opening our second office, ensuring our approach isn't just a theory but a reality for more people. We've seen how connecting the dots between symptoms and patterns can lead to breakthroughs — and now more people can experience that shift.

Clients like Audra have found breakthroughs by identifying hidden patterns in their symptoms — something conventional approaches often overlook. Perseverance got us here. Not just ours, but yours too. It's about understanding that healing is a journey, not a quick fix.

Who's had a moment where perseverance paid off in unexpected ways?

Your body has been telling a story... but everyone keeps reading the wrong pages.

I hear this all the time: "I've been to five doctors. They run the same tests. They all say 'nothing's wrong' or they hand me a diagnosis that doesn't feel real." And then you go home, still exhausted, still confused, still invisible.

Here's what I've learned: the medical system is built to find what's broken. It's not built to understand what's *yours*. Your symptoms might not fit the protocol. Your pattern might not match the textbook. So instead of seeing you, they see a puzzle they can't solve.

But here's the shift that changes everything: wellness isn't about finding the right diagnosis. It's about learning to listen to the patterns your body is already showing you.

For the next two weeks, do this: track three things every single day. Your symptoms (pain, fatigue, brain fog, whatever shows up). Your daily activities (what you ate, when you moved, how much you slept). And what was happening around you (stress, emotions, environment, people). Don't look for answers yet. Just collect the story.

Then ask yourself one question: what else was happening? Not "what's wrong with me," but "what was I doing differently the day before my symptoms got worse?" Was it sleep? Timing of meals? Stress? A specific food? Movement type?

This is how you become the expert on your own body. Not by getting the right diagnosis. By connecting the dots that only you can see.

One woman I worked with realized her "chronic fatigue" always spiked after days when she skipped breakfast and had back-to-back meetings. Once she saw the pattern, she could design around it. No test revealed that. Only listening to herself did.

What pattern have you noticed in your symptoms that doctors have never asked you about?

If you could relive one moment from your past with all the knowledge you have now, which moment would you choose?

Been thinking about this lately... not to change anything, but just to experience it differently. With more presence. More gratitude. More awareness of what was actually happening.

For me? It's probably the day I became a parent. I was so focused on doing everything "right" that I missed being fully there. If I could go back with what I know now, I'd worry less about perfection and just soak in those tiny hands, that new baby smell, the weight of them sleeping on my chest.

We spend so much time either replaying the past with regret or rushing through the present to get to the next thing. But what if you could revisit just one moment... not to fix it, but to truly live it? To understand what your body was trying to tell you. To see the beauty you were too stressed to notice. To appreciate the person you were becoming, even when it felt messy.

The moment I'd choose isn't dramatic or life-changing on paper. It's ordinary. But with the wisdom I have now, I'd recognize it for what it was: sacred.

What about you? What's your moment, and what would you notice this time around that you missed the first time?

I'll go first in the comments 👇

If you could learn the truth about one thing in your past, what would it be?

I've been thinking about this lately... not in a regret kind of way, but in that curious "what was *really* happening?" way.

Like, I'd want to know what my parents were *actually* thinking during that one family vacation when everything felt weird. Or what really went down in that friend group drama when I was 15 and nobody would tell me the full story.

Maybe it's a moment you misread at the time. Maybe it's something you've always wondered about but never had the courage to ask. Or maybe it's just one of those mysteries that lives in the back of your mind and pops up every few years.

The thing is, we all carry these little question marks from our past. Some are funny, some are serious, and some are just... unfinished. And honestly? Sometimes I think the not knowing is what makes them stick with us.

But if you *could* know... if someone handed you the full, honest truth about one thing from your history... what would you choose?

What's the one truth from your past you'd want to know? Tell me in the comments, I'm genuinely curious 👇

If you’re doing the same thing over and over, hoping for change, stop. For many, health isn't about isolated symptoms but patterns that need connecting. I had a client who noticed her migraines always spiked 48 hours after eating dairy. It wasn't magic. It was about listening—really listening—to her body.

"After years of being told everything was normal, I still didn’t feel like myself. Working with Tonya was the first time someone actually helped me connect the dots. Everything finally started to make sense." — Susan S

This isn't just about migraines or dairy. It's about understanding what's really happening within you. "What stood out to me was how Tonya was able to see patterns no one else had pointed out. It completely changed how I looked at my health." — Audra L

No one's listening to me—this is a common frustration. The practitioners who survive the next 18 months will be those who stop treating isolated symptoms and start asking better questions. So, what’s your 48-hour trigger? What patterns is your body trying to communicate?

☠️ The most toxic thing in your house might be something you use every day.

Not in a dramatic, burn-it-all-down kind of way…

But in the quiet, sneaky, everyday kind of way.

The plug-in in your hallway.
The candle burning in your kitchen.
The scented laundry detergent on your sheets.
The plastic container you reheated lunch in.
The cleaner sprayed on your counters.
The lotion you put on after your shower.
The water you drink every day.

Your body is constantly reading your environment.

And when the daily burden gets too high, it may start whispering through symptoms like:

😴 Fatigue
🧠 Brain fog
🤕 Headaches
🔥 Inflammation
🌿 Allergies
😣 Gut issues
😵💫 Hormone chaos
🧴 Skin problems
💧 Feeling puffy, reactive, or just “off”

This is why I created my free guide:

☠️ The Deadly Dozen: Hidden Chemicals That Rob Your Health

Inside, I break down 12 hidden exposures that may be adding stress to your body, plus simple swaps so you can start lowering the burden without panic, guilt, or throwing your whole house away.

I've been hearing this from so many people lately: "My doctor says my anxiety is just stress, but it started right after my digestion got weird. Why won't anyone connect these dots for me?"

Here's what traditional medicine gets wrong. Your gut and your brain aren't separate departments sending in separate complaints. They're in constant conversation through something called the gut-brain axis, and when your digestive system is struggling, your mental health suffers too. Not because you're imagining it. Because your gut is literally sending signals to your brain that affect your mood, anxiety levels, and mental clarity.

I worked with someone recently who'd spent three years bouncing between a gastroenterologist and a therapist. One treated her bloating and irregular digestion. The other prescribed anxiety medication. Nobody asked the obvious question: what if fixing one actually fixes both?

Here's what shifted everything for her: she started tracking her gut and mood patterns simultaneously for just one week. Not obsessively, just noticing. What she ate, how her digestion responded, and how her anxiety and brain fog showed up in the hours after. Within days, she saw a clear pattern emerge. Certain foods weren't just causing physical bloating, they were triggering anxiety spikes and afternoon brain fog.

Once she understood this connection, she didn't need to overhaul her life overnight. She started introducing gut-supportive foods like fermented vegetables and bone broth while paying attention to how both her digestion and her mood shifted over the next couple weeks. Her therapist noticed her anxiety was genuinely different. Her digestion improved. But more importantly, she finally felt heard, because she was tracking real evidence of how her body was communicating.

Your symptoms aren't overreaction. They're information.

What patterns have you noticed between what you eat and how your mood or energy shifts? I'd love to hear what you've already discovered about your own body.

Your body has been telling a story... but everyone keeps reading the wrong pages.

I hear this all the time from people who've been dismissed by doctors: "I know something's wrong. I just can't get anyone to listen." And here's what breaks my heart about that: you're not wrong. Your symptoms are real. The system just isn't built to see patterns like yours.

Standard medicine is incredible at diagnosing clear conditions. But when your exhaustion doesn't fit the thyroid panel, or your digestive issues don't match any standard protocol, or your pain shows up differently than the textbook says it should... you get labeled as complicated. Then you stop talking about it. You feel invisible.

Here's the shift that changes everything: wellness isn't about finding the right diagnosis. It's about learning to listen to the patterns your body reveals and building a routine around what actually works for you.

This is called Pattern Mapping, and it's simpler than it sounds. For two weeks, track three things alongside your symptoms: what you ate and when, how you slept, your stress level, even the weather or your social interactions. Not obsessively. Just honest notes.

Then look for the connections. Not "what's wrong with me" but "what else was happening when this symptom showed up?" Maybe your energy crashes two hours after certain foods. Maybe your pain flares after poor sleep plus a stressful meeting. Maybe movement helps, but only specific types.

Once you see the pattern, you design tiny experiments. Change one variable at a time: sleep schedule, meal timing, movement type, stress management. Observe what shifts.

A client of mine realized her afternoon exhaustion wasn't a mystery: it happened every time she skipped breakfast, regardless of sleep. Another discovered her bloating pattern was tied to timing, not the foods themselves. They became the experts on their own bodies.

That confidence... that's what creates real, sustainable wellness. Not someone else's protocol. Yours.

What's one symptom you've been trying to solve that never quite made sense to any doctor you've seen? I'd love to hear what you're navigating.
