My lunch today was turkey and ham on carnivore chaffels. I also use some Chosen avocado mayo. I haven't made them in a bit. They're so good.
- Chaffel recipe(makes 2): 1 egg, 1/4 cup of panko/ground pork rinds, and 1/4 cup of shredded cheese of choice(I used cheddar). Sprinkle some cheese on the chaffle iron and top of the mixture to give crispiness.

Tried this zero total carb chicken pizza crust today. It's great if you like thin crust. It's SUPER thin. I'll have to cook it longer next time to get it crispy. Great for carnivore, keto or low carb meals.
