Do you ever feel confused about all of the conflicting “wellness” advice being thrown at you, with all of the “WARNINGS?”

Not every voice speaking about wellness is rooted in biblical truth.

Not every expert actually understands what God designed to maintain a healthy body.

Hosea 4:6 hits hard: "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge."

The knowledge we're listening to may be the *wrong* sources. And that knowledge is actually destroying our health.

God’s health care plan doesn’t come with warnings, and it actually provides a healthy metabolism.

This blog post explores a thought-provoking question: Is the health information I’m listening to causing me to stray from the truth?
