Not until I really began the journey of conscious living & really looking into & understanding my pain & inner dialog did I realize that not everything I carried was mine to hold.

For most of us, our parents didn't realize they were projecting the deep pain they carried onto us & that it's something that would still affect our lives today.

I became a mama at the early age of 19. One of these girls grew up alongside me.

Along side the wounded version of me.
The version of me that self sabotaged in order to cope.
The version of me that identified myself as the pain I felt inside.
The version of me who always played victim.
The version of me who constantly looked outside herself for a sense of selfworth.
The version of me who didn't know any better.

I am so thankful for the relationship I have with my 14 year old now. The honesty the vulnerability and the deep understanding of who we are and where we came from.

I am grateful for my passion for learning. The knowledge i've gathered on my own self-discovery journey. My love for innerchild healing & my ability to forgive.

I've been blessed to share all of this with her & because of it shes already well on her way to being a better human at 19 than I ever was & with tools to help her on her way🙏.

After years of being on my own self discovery & transformational healing journey, I have shifted course & am following my hearts desire to help other moms escape the void they feel in motherhood.

Begining in January I will be taking 3 clients a week & helping you to connect to your innerchild through a powerful healing modality I had the honor of being certified in last year.
