I have studied Consciousness & Human Potential through the lens of Vedic Science as a graduate student at Maharishi International University, and I've spent tens of thousands of hours in meditation. I have subjectively and objectively studied, learned, and continue to integrate, every timeless tool that I teach. Personally, I have had many adverse experiences in this lifetime, such as struggles with substance abuse, addiction, domestic abuse, generational and ancestral trauma, living with mental illness, death of loved ones, divorce, discrimination, codependency, depression, anxiety, and complex PTSD. Through many years of self-exploration, lessons learned, several epiphanies, much time in meditation, many many energy & sound healing sessions, decades of therapy, a decade of education and training in holistic health, and years of life coaching - all on a steadfast foundation of rigorous honesty, curiosity, perseverance, and maximum resiliency - I have found a deep appreciation for both the light and the dark aspects within the cycles of life. Rooted in integrity, aligned with Natural Law, and with the intention to serve The Highest Good, I have built a system that allows adversity and the human experience to be used as catalysts for personal growth & optimal evolution - making room for dreams to unfold in abundance.
