Tomorrow is a national holiday that deserves more attention and celebration: Freethought/Freethinkers Day. In all of my lifetimes, and there have been many, I was severely (if not completely) stifled. According to my Reiki master, this lifetime is the first one in which I will be able to fully express who I am and what my beliefs, values, and practices are, without having to live in fear, go into hiding, and/or risk my life and the lives of my loved ones. I have been hunted, imprisoned, tortured, hanged, beheaded, shot… You name it, my soul has likely experienced it. But in this life, I have entered a new timeline.
In this timeline, being a witch is simply being someone comfortable in their personal power. People can now recognize that my thoughts, intentions, words, and actions are pure and come only from love. They know I lift myself and others, empowering them to live fully as their unique selves by reminding them that their “weird” makes the world better, happier, and healthier. Finally, I can be completely myself and lead by example; I can walk alongside fellow self-improvers, deprogrammers, truth-tellers, and thought provokers. My work inspires and changes lives, and I am blessed to be a product of that work.
That said, I invite you to celebrate with me. Breathe in deeply with your eyes closed. Open your eyes, choose the card they are drawn to, and return tomorrow to learn ideas for embracing and celebrating your unique magic.
