This season is all about working towards goals! I don’t know about you, but I tend to set way too many goals at once. Sometimes, the best and most sustainable course of action is to focus on baby steps toward achieving one specific goal at a time. If I am learning to do this, anyone can 🤪

Hello, Virgo season! One of my favorite people in the world is a Virgo. She’s so kind, hardworking, organized, practical, and detail-oriented. The way her mind works is inspiring, and her reliability and thoughtfulness are second to none! She juggles work, family, friends, personal time, endless activities, and travel plans while making it look like a piece of cake and ensuring that every person in her life feels special! Virgos are known for perfectionism; while no one is perfect, my bestie is proof that you can get close!

This jar works wonders for harnessing the above traits. Personally, I use it when I’m feeling overwhelmed, unmotivated, or disconnected. My head is drawn to the clouds, and this jar helps me ground myself and reconnect with my rational brain when my heart and dreamer qualities take over. And when I need a friend who is halfway across the country, this jar helps me feel closer to her energy! Nothing better than that!

Now that we’ve discussed reconnecting with ourselves, let’s chat about connection (or disconnection) with others. When I’m missing someone, especially my grandma, I like to write a letter and burn it. This releases the messages I write to spirit and carries them to who they belong to.
