I make the cake with Trip 00 flour, non Bromated from Italy. Custard is goat milk & eggs from our hens. The blackberry cheesecake I made with goat cheese. Heavy whip stabilized with marscapone. Raw organic sugar. Local honey & fresh fruit from Kate McCormick Taylor at vegetable man stand.
I make sugar syrup with Lavender, Hibiscus, Jasmine & dehydrated berry powder for a drizzle.
