- 4:30pm: Community Yoga at the Beals Memorial Library Winchendon

People who refuse to integrate their shadow are painfully easy to manipulate. If someone can identify what you’re running from, they have endless ways to control your behavior:
If you can’t admit your jealousy, someone will weaponize comparison.
If you deny your anger, someone will provoke it and control the outcome.

Your shadow doesn’t just disappear when you don’t acknowledge it. It leaks out unconsciously through projection, denial, defensiveness, and self-sabotage.

Shadow work isn’t about becoming darker. It’s about acknowledging your human nature, which is duality.
