Reiki Rejuvenation I am a certified Reiki Master Practitioner, and offer in person or distance sessions for humans and animals.

I am a certified Reiki Master Practitioner of the Usui/Tibetan system of Reiki. After a car accident that required nearly a year of physical therapy, I decided to take a beginning level Reiki class. I was curious to learn what Reiki is all about, and thought it might help with my physical and emotional healing. After taking a Level I class, I became fascinated with Reiki and went onto compete all

levels of Reiki training. My Reiki training has been in the Seattle area with Reiki Master Teachers Barbara Kay, Polly Klein, Lou Orsan, and Marianne Streich. I received Oncology Reiki certification with Reiki Master Teacher Kerri Draper in Santa Ana, CA. My Animal and Equine Reiki training has been in the San Francisco area with Reiki Master Teacher Kathleen Prasad. I currently offer in person Reiki sessions in the Orange County, CA area, and also offer remote Reiki sessions. I am a registered professional member of the International Association of Reiki Professionals (IARP), and I adhere to their Code of Ethics.

May 31 is a blue moon, which is the 2nd full moon in the calendar month. Buried or intense emotions may arise for you to process and release. This is a time for closure, endings, finishing up projects, and releasing habits and thoughts that no longer serve you. Trust your intuition, welcome new beginnings and opportunities, and set emboldened intentions.

I know it meant so much to our grandfathers that my husband and I registered them into the World War II Memorial Registry of Remembrances for serving our country in WWII. Today is a day of remembering and honoring fallen military heroes, so that we may have freedom. I don’t take freedom for granted.

I had a wonderful visit with Orange County, CA psychologist Kaitlyn Covey (www.copingwithcovey.com). She works with people of all ages, but specializes in neurodivergent individuals, especially adults who are diagnosed later in life, plus LGBTQIA+, kids and teens. We discussed how one’s physical and emotional/mental health affect each other, and that Reiki can compliment therapy sessions. I’m looking forward to collaborating with Kaitlyn in the future.

I had a wonderful time with at .listen Glow & Flow Night Market this weekend. I enjoyed meeting attendees from the Oceanside, CA , and chatting with wonderful vendors.
