These incredible fingerling potatoes went from their farm to our table and became our Back to the Land Smashed Potatoes with Cheese. 🥔🌿

Today we had the joy of sharing our Summer Celebration Salad with the beautiful community at Unity of Sussex County. 🍉🌿

Prepared with fresh New Jersey fruits, vegetables, herbs, and local ingredients, this meal is a celebration of the abundance that surrounds us and the farmers who make it possible.

Thank you to everyone who shared in the food, fellowship, and conversation. Moments like these remind us that when we gather around wholesome food, we also nourish our connections with one another.
