find something that’s just for YOU.
Maybe it’s dancing in the kitchen.
Maybe it’s reading before bed.
Maybe it’s a fancy coffee on the way to work.
Maybe it’s your favorite show after the kids go to sleep.
For me, it’s my workout.
It’s the one part of my day where I can turn my brain off, move my body, and do something I genuinely enjoy.
Not because I’m trying to shrink myself.
Not because I “have to.”
Just because it makes me feel good.
