Learn Foot Zone Therapy!

I’m starting an in-person training class this October!

The two-month Basic Foot Zone Course will teach you the fundamentals of foot zoning so you can begin working on family and friends. We will meet once a month for four hours at a time convenient for the students, with homework completed online.

In January, the six-month Full Foot Zone Seminar Course will begin. This course includes one in-person training day each month, online homework, and the training needed to become certified.

Completion of the Basic Foot Zone Course is required before beginning the Full Seminar Course. If you start with the Basic Course, you may upgrade to the Full Seminar Course in January.

Can’t get to sleep? Try this treatment. My kids call this the little foot zone, and ask for it if they can’t get to sleep.

The reticular formation is in the brain stem and helps regulate sleep. Working this signal can help correct the reticular formation and improve sleep transitions.
