Power Seed Crackers are delicious just as they are but I thought I would share one of my favorite tips!

Each bag of mix calls for olive oil and for a little extra flavor umph, use an infused olive oil. I especially enjoy garlic, black pepper, or rosemary. Oh! Or jalapeno for some spice!

You can find a HUGE variety of infusions at Crave as well as a great local provider at Cottage Co-Op Downtown Market.

Doing my weekly menu planning and grocery order and came across the final handwritten copy of my recipe for Power Seed Cracker Mix 🤎

It’s the result of several weeks of experimenting and tweaking. Since then lots of crackers have been made and lots of bags packed and there’s more to come!
