We apologize for the short notice, but our office location will be closed on Thursday, June 18, as our staff will be assisting patients at our assisted living facilities.

📞 Our phones will remain open and available during normal business hours.

We will return to the office on Friday, June 19.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and cooperation. We appreciate your continued support and look forward to serving you when we return.

Our physical office location will be closed today as our staff will be assisting at our assisted living facilities.

While the office is closed, our phone lines will remain open and calls will be answered at (270) 832-5930.

We appreciate your understanding as we continue providing care to our patients both in the office and throughout the community.

We will resume normal business hours on Friday, June 12th, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
