After many hours of creating, rearranging, and rewriting, my new website is live!

Enchanted Studios has continued to grow and evolve, and I wanted a space that better reflects what it has become: a place for sound, creativity, connection, and meaningful experience.

You can now explore upcoming sound journeys and special events, learn about private experiences, browse my art, read a little more about my own winding path, and register for events all in one place.

✨ A Few Spots Remain for Tomorrow's (8/18) Receiving Grace Sound Journey at 1:00 PM✨

What if, for a little while, you didn't have to do, fix, plan, or figure anything out?

Tomorrow, we'll slow down, soften, and create a little space to simply receive.

Through the vibrations of gongs, crystal and Himalayan bowls, chimes, drums, and more, Receiving Grace is an invitation to rest deeply and notice the quiet gifts that so often find us when we finally become still enough to receive them. 🌿

A few spots are still available for tomorrow's journey at Enchanted Studios.

Come rest.

Yesterday was a beautiful reminder of just how powerful it can be to simply receive. 🌿✨

Andrea and I welcomed a wonderful group into The Art of Receiving, bringing together acupuncture and therapeutic sound to create a space for stillness, deep rest, and connection.

For a little while, there was nothing to accomplish, nowhere else to be, and no one else to care for. Just an invitation to soften, open, and allow the body and nervous system a chance to settle.

Take a breath.
Soften.
Open.
Receive.

There was something incredibly special about witnessing these two modalities come together, and we're grateful to everyone who trusted us to be part of their experience.

And we're doing it again! 💛

Andrea and I will be collaborating again in September, offering another opportunity to experience acupuncture and sound together.

More details will be coming soon, but if yesterday taught us anything, it's that sometimes the most nourishing thing we can do is give ourselves permission to receive.
