Saturday shenanigans at Complete Family Wellness 💜

Today Anne is moonlighting at the front desk while our favorite tiny coworker, Henry (aka Hank), is apparently supervising operations… from her lap 😴👶

Meanwhile, his mom is out there doing what she always does! Taking care of patients, raising an amazing kid, and somehow keeping all the plates spinning at once.

Somewhere between the prior auth calls, hold times, resubmissions, follow-ups, and “just checking on the status again…” this sweet patient got their prescription approved. 🫶🏻

After MONTHS of fighting with insurance, they surprised Anne with these beautiful flowers today, and honestly… it meant a lot.

Moments like this remind us why we do what we do. Advocacy matters. Patients matter. And sometimes the smallest gestures hit the hardest after the longest battles. 💜🌻

We’re so grateful for the kindness and trust our patients show us every day.

Today, Helen will be out of the office as she celebrates a very special milestone with her family. Her oldest daughter, Addison, will be graduating alongside the Cary-Grove High School Class of 2026! 🎓

Many of our patients may remember Addison from her time working here at Complete Family Wellness, and we could not be more proud of everything she has accomplished.

✨ 4 years ago today ✨

Looking back at this photo from April 25, 2022, I remember the mix of excitement and anticipation. Our journey actually started the previous August with just our mobile visits, but we knew we needed to expand our home base to help patients outside our travel radius.

What followed after closing on this building was months of hard work, planning, and construction to get the space exactly right for you. It wasn't until that August (2022) that we finally held our official grand opening for the office!

Looking at where we are now, I am so proud of the space we built and the community we’ve nurtured. Whether we’re meeting you for a mobile visit or welcoming you into our clinic, our mission remains the same: complete family wellness.
