My ALCAT result.

This is going to be a crazy 3-6 months for me. I’m definitely gonna go through a sugar withdrawal and I’m gonna have to learn how to cook all over again but I’m hoping and praying that this is the answer and I can get my pain under control. It’s just food right? Eat to live not live to eat.

This has been a fun little project. My husband has been putting in the work back here to grow us some vegetables… this round we planted spinach, carrots, onions and green beans. It’s nice knowing where your food comes from don’t ya think??
