Hi! I will be posting on here daily starting today! Also starting 30 days of yoga personal practice... It's been a while 😸. I am contemplating many ideas for zoom classes or YouTube classes starting in January. Let me know if you have any specific requests for types of class.

So I joined Weight Watchers on Wednesday....I have been on the program before and had success..i need something to hold me accountable....so here I go....I have so far organized my master bathroom and Kylie's room...one day at a time...I have gotten my 10,000 steps in every day since Friday..with a couple of days of 12,000. How about some of you....what are you doing to create a better you???
