Confession: one of my little-known summer obsessions? Linen.

I love linen — a natural fiber that I swear helps neutralize electromagnetic fields (EMFs) and feels deliciously cooling against sun-warmed skin. The best part is it looks perfect when it’s wrinkly; floaty, lived-in linen pieces are my idea of a wearable vacation, and I almost always find the best ones at secondhand shops.

This is raw and real: I’m grieving friendships that slipped away when business blurred into personal.

My business is my livelihood, and that thin line has made some messages feel like mass broadcasts or like I only show up when I need something ~ a recent event shook me to the core and I’m about 70% processed, carrying less guilt and shame.

My coach Mia helped me set clearer boundaries (call it a “walker” connection or business).

No matter how good we are we all have flaws and can fall off the horse. It’s how much you get up and get back on the horse with better posture. I know it’s messy. We’re always in the messy middle. I’m learning to let go when it’s not in alignment and to cherish the ones who show up. I’m thankful for the ones that call me out because I know it’s what I need to hear not always what I want to hear though.
