Friends and Family were welcomed for a summer cookout at River Terrace! The weather was beautiful and it was the perfect day to enjoy hot dogs and hamburgers all together. It was wonderful to see new and familiar faces and we're looking forward to hosting again soon!

We are proud to celebrate Presley and the completion of her first dietitian internship rotation at River Terrace!

Over the past 3 months, Presley gained valuable hands-on experience in clinical nutrition, foodservice management, and resident care under the guidance of our Registered Dietitian, Alyssa Christoph.

Throughout her time with us, Presley had the opportunity to review resident medical records, laboratory values, medications, and dietary histories while learning the important role nutrition plays in supporting quality care.

Thank you, Presley, for bringing your dedication, curiosity, and passion for nutrition to River Terrace. We wish you the very best as you continue your education and pursue your career as a dietitian!
