🌸 Spring Into Community Life: Ben’s Journey
Earlier this year, we celebrated Ben’s incredible growth in independence and community engagement. His journey continues to inspire us.

Today, Ben enjoys volunteering with his friends, staying active in the community, and building confidence through meaningful experiences.

💬 Ben shared:
“I enjoy volunteering at I Support the Girls, sorting through bins with my friends.”

When asked what independence means to him, Ben said it means feeling comfortable and confident. He also shared that he feels he has grown in his independence this year and believes he is doing well. 💙

Through Community Life Engagement, people like Ben have opportunities to build friendships, gain confidence, explore their communities, and experience meaningful growth.

✔ Ensure leaders complete formal leadership training within one year of hire or promotion
